Abstract:
To appropriately control a hybrid vehicle when an operation is performed by a driver in the state where a shift position is set as a neutral position.
In a hybrid vehicle 20, when an accelerator opening Acc is equal to or more than a threshold value A2 upon a shift position SP being switched from an N position to a D position by the driver, a target torque T* is set to gradually change in comparison with a normal case (Step S3108) on the basis of a torque demand Trq corresponding to the accelerator opening Acc and of a time constant as a gradual change restriction until a release condition (Steps S3106, S3107) is satisfied. An engine 22, motors MG1 and MG2 are controlled so as to ensure a driving torque based on the target torque T*.
