Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further increase a travelable distance when a hybrid ECU is broken.SOLUTION: A control system for a hybrid vehicle includes: an engine ECU for controlling an engine capable of outputting driving force for driving driving wheels; a motor ECU for controlling a first motor generator capable of generating electric power by using output of the engine and a second motor generator capable of generating electric power by using output of the engine and generating electric power by using kinetic energy of the driving wheels when the hybrid vehicle is decelerated; and a hybrid ECU for outputting a control command to the engine ECU and the motor ECU. When the hybrid ECU is broken, the engine ECU causes the engine to output driving force to drive the driving wheels, and the motor ECU increases a ratio of an electric power generation amount obtained by the second motor generator to electric power generation amounts obtained by the first motor generator and the second motor generator as vehicle speed increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
