PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a hybrid vehicle which is capable of being reduced in size, with a simple configuration, while preventing a motor generator from exceeding a tolerable rotational speed.SOLUTION: Relating to a driving device 3, a speed reduction unit 28 includes a first power transmission path in which rotation is decreased and transmitted to a final driven gear 19 from a motor generator 26 while power transmission from the final driven gear 19 to the motor generator 26 is shielded, and a second power transmission path in which rotation is transmitted without increase to the motor generator 26 from the final driven gear 19 while power transmission from the motor generator 26 to the final driven gear 19 is shielded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
