To provide a hybrid vehicle obtained from an existing vehicle without needing any large improvements by providing a power transmission shaft in relation to the power taking-out shaft of the vehicle and connecting a generator motor to the power transmission.
A power transmission shaft 44 is connected separately from a power take-out shaft 41 to a power transmission route such as a counter shaft 21 of a transmission 122 so as to transmit power, and a generator motor 129 is connected to the power transmission shaft 44. The generator motor 129 is driven as a generator from the transmission 122 through the power transmission shaft 44, and power generated by the generator motor 129 is stored in a storage means. Only by post-attaching a power taking-out part 125 to the transmission 122, an existing vehicle is easily improved to be a hybrid vehicle as a low pollution vehicle.
