Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance between a fuel economy improvement and an acceleration-deceleration response speed in auto-cruising of a hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: In a hybrid vehicle 100, a clutch 15 controls power transmission of a diesel engine 10. A transmission 20 is connected to the diesel engine 10 via the clutch 15. A propeller shaft 25 transmits power of the diesel engine 10 to a drive wheel 27 via the transmission 20. A motor-generator 33 is connected to the propeller shaft 25 via a speed reduction mechanism 30. In a case where a vehicle speed falls below a set value when the hybrid vehicle 100 travels under an auto-cruise, a control apparatus 80 executes control in which to (1) cut off the clutch 15, (2) set a fuel injection amount to be supplied to the diesel engine 10 at or under a given value, and (3) cause a motor-generator 33 to power the vehicle to travel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
