To provide a hybrid working vehicle capable of sufficiently securing the time allowing a steering operation when a travel system is abnormal.

A hybrid working vehicle includes: an emergency inverter 23 converting dc power output from a capacitor 30 into ac power; an emergency electric motor 13 driven by the ac power converted by the emergency inverter 23; an emergency pump 3 driven by the emergency electric motor 13; a steering device 7 driven by a pressure oil from a main pump 2 or the emergency pump 3; and a main control part 50 and an emergency control part 51 for converting the dc power supplied from the capacitor 30 to the emergency inverter 23 into the ac power by the emergency inverter 23 and driving the emergency pump 3 by the emergency electric motor 13 when abnormal conditions of a travel system are detected.
