To provide a detection method of hybridization capable of performing accurate detection by reducing a current flowing between each fixed electrode, since the current flows between each fixed electrode, when each fixed electrode has each different electric potential because of an influence of characteristic dispersion of amplifiers installed respectively on each electrode.
In a micro-reaction chip wherein a plurality of fixed electrodes having respectively a fixing surface on which a probe for capturing an organism-related substance is fixed are provided, this method has a grouping process for numbering position numbers on a plurality of fixing surfaces in a two-dimensional array (m, n) from the end in due order, for example, a group comprising every three component (4m+1, 4n+1) (m, n=0, 1, 2, 3, ...)etc, and grouping by selecting each fixing surface at fixed intervals; a fixing process for synthesizing electrochemically the probes and fixing them on each fixing surface; and a detection process for measuring a current by applying a voltage simultaneously to each group.
