Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain hybridoma cells capable of producing monoclonal antibodies.
CONSTITUTION: The hybridoma cells are such as to enable human NK cells to be lysed in vitro in the presence of complement, and be capable of producing monoclonal antibodies inert to non-NK human granulocytes, non-human monocytes, human erythrocytes, human thymocytes and non-NK human T3 lymphocytes.
