Title:
HYBRIDOMA SECRETING MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AGAINST CANCER PROTEIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2592581
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the subject hybridoma useful for the high-yield production of a monoclonal receptor capable of estimating the presence of a cancer protein from a body specimen obtained by a non-invasive means.
CONSTITUTION: The objective hybridoma is a hybridoma (ATCC HB 85938596) secreting a receptor molecule (κ-light chain, IgGI monoclonal receptor) produced against an immunogen SDVWSFGILLWETFSLGASPYPNLSNQQTR Containing a receptor molecule formed against an immunogen containing (a) a polypeptide SPYPNLSNQQTR corresponding to a part of the amino acid residue sequence of (b) a protein ligand (p89 cancer protein coded by the v-fes gene of ST-FeSV) coded by a retrovirus gene and bonding to both of the protein ligand (b) and the polypeptide (a). The hybridoma can be produced by conventional method described by Kohler and Milstein.
