Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title non-dust, readily dispersible or soluble composition excellent in handleability and workability, etc., by drying a wet dye cake to a specified moisture content in a mixed and/or disaggregated state.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition capable of clearly dyeing textile materials can be obtained by drying a wet dye cake in a mixed and/or disaggregated state with e.g. a Nauter mixer so that the moisture content fall within the range enclosed by two straight lines expressed by equations I and II, respectively, with moisture content W(%) as ordinate and specific surface area a(m2/g) as abscissa. Said moisture content is pref. 5-30wt.% (esp. 10-25wt.%).
