Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the operation efficiency of the captioned apparatus by perfectly eliminating the malfunction due to the deterioration of working oil by permitting the actuator operating medium oil sealed-in to circulate after advance movement and permitting automatic renewal of working oil during operation of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary cam 5 is turned, the piston 4' of a hydraulic pump 4 is pushed by a roller 32, and working oil is discharged from a cylinder chamber 7. Said working oil flows into the advance movement chamber 6 of a hydraulic actuator 1, passing through a conduit 8, and operates the piston 1', and then the working oil in a retreat movement chamber 2 is pushed out and flows into a pressure accumulator 3. When the rotary cam 5 turns further and reaches a cycle range B-C, a port type solenoid valve 12 is switched by the signal from a rotary switch 16, and the working oil from a hydraulic pump 14 is relieved by a valve 9, passing through a solenoid valve 12- check valve 11- conduits 8 and 10, and returned into a tank, and thus the working oil in the conduit 8 is replaced with new working oil.
