Abstract:
To reduce energy consumption when driving a valve device of an internal combustion engine by a hydraulic actuator.
A hydraulic actuator system 10 includes: the hydraulic actuator 20 in which a piston 22 reciprocates in a cylinder 21 by a hydraulic oil L; a switching valve 16 for controlling supply of the hydraulic oil L to the hydraulic actuator 20; and a return pipe 17 for returning the hydraulic oil L returned from the hydraulic actuator 20, returned from a return port 16R of the switching valve 16 to the switching valve 16 or to the hydraulic actuator 20.
