Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic buffer capable of improving the riding confort of a vehicle by effectively reducing the generation of wide vibration containing high frequency vibration by providing the hydraulic buffer with a friction- exerting function.
SOLUTION: A friction member 25 is surely situated on the cylinder 2 side in a position in a cylinder 2 partitioned by a seal lip 22 of a seal member 4 and provided in a state to be brought into elastic contact with a piston rod 5 to generate a friction force higher than that of a seal lip part 22.
