Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the hydraulic circuit for the compost agitator which enables to accelerate composting of materials.
SOLUTION: Output of hydraulic oil from the working machine pump 23, which is connected to an output shaft of the prime mover 20, is distributed, at a certain set flow rate through a separation valve 44, to the hydraulic cylinders 4L, 4R and 5 for boom and bucket moving and the hydraulic motor 17 for beater rotating, and output of oil from the gear pump 24 is distributed to cylinders 15R and 15L for beater elevating and cylinders 9R and 9L for blade moving. Under this circuit arrangement, compost taken into the bucket 3 is pushed out with the blades 7R and 7L, is agitated and released to the air with the beater 14, and, as a result, is accelerated in compost maturity. Since the inclined angle of the HTS pump 21 is reduced by controlling the inching pedal 31 during the agitating process, most output from the prime mover 20 is utilized for working machine driving.
