To provide a hydraulic circuit device capable of compensating the flow division of the discharge volume of a hydraulic pump according to the ratio of opening area of a meter-in throttle and capable of preventing occurrence of cavitation and reverse flowing as well, and a directional control valve device with a flow dividing compensation.
A load check valve 22 is positioned at the downstream side of a meter-in throttle of a directional control valve 8 to stop reverse flow from actuators 6, 7 to the upstream side of the load check valve 22. Normally-closed type pressure control valves 21a, 21b are provided on drain circuits 10a, 10b at the downstream of a meter-out throttle of the directional control valve 8, and signalling channels 31a, 31b are connected to a circuit between the meter-in throttle and the load check valve 22 of the directional control valve 8 to detect the pressure at the downstream of the meter-in throttle as a signal pressure equivalent to load pressure. A check valve 23 is openably connected to a detection circuit 30 in the signalling channels 31a, 31b, and the maximum pressure among the signal pressure detected in the signalling channels 31a, 31b is detected in the detection circuit 30 as a maximum signal pressure.
