Abstract:

To reduce discharge loss of a lubricating oil pump by utilizing part of oil discharged from the lubricating oil pump on a side of a hydraulic controller during a specific operation state in a hydraulic circuit device of a vehicular engine in which a hydraulic pressure or a flow rate of a hydraulically controlling oil passage is controlled by a hydraulically controlling relief valve or a flow regulating valve so that the hydraulic pressure in a lubricating oil passage is controlled to be lower than the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulically controlling oil passage by a lubricating relief valve.

A first electromagnetic switching valve 47 is interposed in a hydraulically controlling oil passage 41, a second electromagnetic switching valve 51 which opens when the first electromagnetic switching valve 47 closes is interposed in an upstream side connection passage 48 coupling between the hydraulically controlling oil passage 41 on the upstream of the first electromagnetic switching valve 47 and a lubricating oil passage 45, and a one-way valve 52 is interposed in a downstream side connection passage 50 coupling between the hydraulically controlling oil passage 41 on the downstream of the first electromagnetic switching valve 47 and the lubricating oil passage 45.
