Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover discharge pressure while ensuring a function of hydraulic equipment when discharge pressure of an oil pump decreases because of clogging and air entrainment of a strainer in an oil tank.SOLUTION: When an absorption flow rate of an oil pump 14 decreases because of clogging of a strainer 13 and air entrainment of an oil pump 14 and discharge pressure of the oil pump 14 drops to less than a first predetermined value, a check vale 15 is closed and hence oil pressure of hydraulic equipment 11 is retained and functions are ensured. Although one portion of oil discharged by the oil pump 14 is supplied to a part 17 to be lubricated via a change-over valve 16, the change-over valve 16 shuts off supply of oil to the part 17 to be lubricated when discharge pressure of the oil pump 14 drops to less than a second predetermined value. Therefore, oil being supplied to the part 17 to be lubricated until then is added to oil returned to a side of a suction port 14a of the oil pump 14 via a return oil passage P3, thus compensating for a decrease in an absorption flow rate of the oil pump 14 because of clogging of the strainer 13 and air entrainment of the oil pump 14 and recovering a decrease in discharge pressure of the oil pump 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
