Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circulating system for a shield machine, which can always use slurry that is much the same as water without additionally providing a mud supply pump or diluting the slurry with water, and can circulate a mud producing material for use in the system.
SOLUTION: The hydraulic circulating system 1 for the shield excavator 3 is comprised of a mud producing material injecting means 2, a slurry adding means 4, an earth and sand eliminating means 5, a separating means 6, a slurry circulating means 7, a mud producing material circulating means 8, and a dehydrating means 9. Thus, at least part of the mud producing material and the slurry can be circulated for use in the system, to thereby curtail the steps of excavation and reduce costs of disposal of excavated earth.
