When the manual valve is located at a P-position, the neutral switching valves 51-54 are switched from a stationary operation state to a neutral mode, and the shift actuators 41-44 are respectively placed at a neutral position, and in a D-position or a R-position, the specific neutral switch valve 52 is switched to a limp home mode, and hydraulic pressure is supplied to the shift actuator 42 to set the transmission gear train transmitting power, by the shift actuator.
