PURPOSE:Hydraulic control valve is moved to a certain desired position by a discharged hydraulic pressure and a centrifugal force as a discharged hydraulic pressure of centrifugal pump and substantially the hydraulic control valve is moved only by a centrifugal force, and thereby a starting of the vehicle is smoothly performed under a condition of halfclutch.
