Title:
HYDRAULIC CONTROL MECHANISM FOR MARINE REDUCTION AND REVERSING GEAR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3295471
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the connecting shock of a hydraulic clutch by holding the back pressure of the back chamber spool of an operating oil pressure regulating valve to zero in a position immediately before entering a complete fit-in state even in the case of operating a trawling lever or the like suddenly into a complete fit-in position from a trawling position.
CONSTITUTION: In a marine reduction and reversing gear, operating oil from an operating oil pump P is supplied to an ahead clutch 4 or an astern clutch 3 through a trawling valve V2 and an ahead-astern switching valve V1. The pressure of the operating oil is regulated by an operating oil pressure regulating valve L1 formed of a back chamber spool 5 and a relief spring 6. In this case, pressure oil having passed the throttle hole 7 of the ahead-astern switching valve V1 from the operating oil pump p is supplied to the tact chamber part of the back chamber spool 5, so that a pressure oil path reaching the back chamber spool 5 is communicated with an oil passage 30 opened/closed by the trawling lever spool 8 of the trawling valve V2. The trawling valve V2 is provided with a drilled hole communicated with a drain communicating oil passage immediately before reaching a complete fit-in position.
