Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a hydraulic control method of a cylinder for moving a nozzle for the purpose of achieving high speed pressure raising control for obtaining proper nozzle pressing force when hydraulic control at a point of time when the nozzle touch of an injection nozzle with a mold is performed is changed over from speed control to hydraulic control.
SOLUTION: The hydraulic control of a cylinder 10 for moving the nozzle in an injection molding machine is constituted so than an actuator 20 is controlled through a direction changeover valve 16 by using a variable capacity type hydraulic pump 20 to move the injection nozzle and the pressure force of the nozzle is raised at a time of the touch of the injection nozzle with a fixed mold. In this case, on the basis of the state change (QMON) of the variable mechanism of the hydraulic pump, it is detected that the injection nozzle arrives at an advance limit position and the hydraulic control by the hydraulic pump 20 is changed over from speed control to pressure control and, on the basis of this detection signal, the pressure force of the nozzle is subjected to high speed pressure raising control.
