Abstract:

To improve the durability of a belt and the energy efficiency by controlling the pinch oil pressure, the engagement transient oil pressure and the line oil pressure appropriately by a few solenoid valve possibly.

The pinch oil pressure Pout of a belt driven gearless drive mechanism is controlled by the solenoid valve SLS, while the line oil pressure PL is regulated by supplying the control oil pressure PSLT of the solenoid valve SLT to a primary regulator valve 70 in a normal condition of a control valve 80 because it is good if the engagement condition is maintained by No 2 modulator oil pressure PM2 when engaging a forward clutch C1 completely. The control valve 80 is in a control condition at the time of transient engagement of the forward clutch C1 when starting the vehicle and the control oil pressure PSLS of the solenoid valve SLS is supplied to the primary regulator valve 70, the engagement transient oil pressure (control oil pressure PSLT) of the forward clutch C1 is controlled by the solenoid valve SLT while the line oil pressure PL is controlled with the pinch oil pressure Pout.
