To provide a hydraulic control unit for a construction equipment that can enhance swing operationality at a normal work, reduce the turning speed at even a hanging-load work, and fine operability, of the swing without sacrificing the operability of front actuators other than a turning motor.
This hydraulic control unit comprises a first hydraulic pump 2, a second hydraulic pump 3, a third hydraulic pump 4, a boom actuator, an arm actuator, a bucket actuator, a traveling actuator, and a turning motor 51. The first pump 2 and the second pump 3 driven each actuator of the boom, the arm, the bucket, and traveling. The third pump drives the turning motor 51. Furthermore, the volume variable function in the third pump sets a regulator 31 that is operated by a selecting switch 32 and a control device 33. Accordingly, the maximum discharge flow of the third pump 4 can be varied, in response to the selection of the selection switch 32.
