PURPOSE: To reduce flow noise by effectively restraining cavitation caused when a working fluid is circulated through throttle parts arranged on the periphery of a fitting part of a valve body and a valve spool without the difficulty of working in a rotary hydraulic valve.
CONSTITUTION: A valve spool 2 having oil grooves 5, 5... on the outer periphery is fitted to the inside of a valve body 1 having oil grooves 4, 4 on the inner periphery, and the oil grooves 4, 4... and the oil grooves 5, 5... are disposed in zigzag on the fitting periphery of both members. Half of the oil grooves 5, 5... of the valve spool 2 that are positioned alternately are used as oil filling chambers 10 to which a working fluid is supplied from a hydraulic pump P, and the other half of the oil grooves are used as oil scavenge chambers 11 communicated with an oil tank T. The oil grooves 4, 4 of the valve body 1 side are disposed in such a manner as to offset in the circumferential direction, so that throttle parts 6a, 6a... on both sides of the oil filling chamber 10 has a larger throttle area than the throttle parts 6b, 6b... on both sides of the oil scavenge chamber 11.
