Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of stopping a moving element in a predetermined position by making the function of the stopping accuracy as little as possible.
SOLUTION: A central processing unit(CPU), in a low-speed control routine in which the tilt cylinder of a forklift is controlled to become horizontal, computes the deviation Δs between the tilt angle s1 of the previous control and the current tilt angle (s) (S20). It then determines whether or not the deviation Δs is within a predetermined range (S30, S40). If a lower limit value Δs min ≥ deviation Δs, a corrected count C is incremented by five (S50); if deviation Δs≥Δs max, the corrected count C is decremented by ten (S60), and then the aperture A to be controlled this time is calculated on the basis of the corrected count C (S70).
