Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which enables a user to accurately grasp occurrence of leakage of a hydraulic oil of a hydraulic oil supply/discharge device for supplying and discharging the hydraulic oil to a hydraulic cylinder and a leakage amount of the hydraulic oil at an early stage.SOLUTION: A hydraulic cylinder device 1 includes a cylinder 2, a piston 3, a piston rod 4, and an oil leakage detection mechanism 9 for detecting leakage of a hydraulic oil of a hydraulic oil supply/discharge device. The oil leakage detection mechanism 9 includes a small cylinder 50 having an inner diameter smaller than that of the cylinder 2, a small piston 51, and a rod 52 coupled to the small piston 51. A small oil chamber 55 located above the small piston 51 communicates with a first oil chamber 6, and an air chamber 56 located below the small piston 51 opens to the atmosphere. When hydraulic oil leakage occurs in the hydraulic oil supply/discharge device, the small piston 51 moves upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
