PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize car body posture control in a forklift by positioning a central position of an installing hole of an installing bracket of a cylinder body on the axis center line of a hydraulic cylinder, and eccentrically positioning a central position of an installing hole of an installing bracket continuously arranged in a rod body end part on the rotational center side. SOLUTION: A central position of an installing hole 3a of an installing bracket 3 continuously arranged in an end part of a cylinder body 1 is positioned on the axis center line (c) of a hydraulic cylinder C. While, a central position of an installing hole 4a of an installing bracket 4 continuously arranged in an end part of a rod body 2 protruding from and retreating in the cylinder body 1 is eccentrically positioned on the axis center line (c) of the hydraulic cylinder 1. Here, the Y directional bending moment is generated in an installing bracket 4 part by rolling of a car body. But while, since the installing hole 4a in the installing bracket 4 is eccentric to the axis center line (c) of the hydraulic cylinder C, the (z) directional bending moment can be generated, so that the Y directional bending moment and the (z) directional bending moment can be offset.
