Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent any overrun phenonmenon during a deceleration time by providing a second hydraulic switching means alternately actuating high/low speed hydraulic clutches and being connected in parallel to a first hydraulic switching means wherein a plurality of advance hydraulic clutches are alternatively operated.
CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic device for control of an automatic transmission is provided with a plurality of advance hydraulic clutches 12-14 which respectively correspond to a plurality of transmission gear ratios in an advance direction, and high/low speed hydraulic clutches 15, 16 to switch each transmission gear ratio to two high/low speeds, and the hydraulic device controls each of hydraulic clutches 12-16 of the automatic transmission which is changeable by high speed transmission gear ratio subsequent to the plural low speed transmission gear ratios. The advance hydraulic clutch 14 for the maximum transmission gear ratio takes priority out of the plural advance hydraulic clutches 12-14 for transmission gear ratios so that the advance hydraulic clutches 12-14 are alternatively actuated by a first hydraulic switching part 1, and a high speed hydraulic clutch 15 and a low speed hydraulic clutch 16 are alternatively operated by a second hydraulic switching part 2 which is connected in parallel to the first hydraulic switching part.
