To provide a hydraulic driving device capable of preventing occurrence of slippage and dropping of a load on a deck crane capable of avoiding occurrence of negative pressure in a hydraulic fluid supply passage for a hydraulic motor when unloading the load on the deck crane and reducing peak oil pressure due to oil pressure pulsation when stopping the load at a winding-up position by a control valve after winding up the load to realize safe loading and unloading work.
This hydraulic driving device of the deck crane is constituted by providing the control valve for switching operation of winding-up, neutral position, and winding-down of a winding-up device in the hydraulic fluid supply passage for the hydraulic motor of the hydraulic driving device of the deck crane for loading or unloading the load onto/from a ship by the winding-up device connected directly with and driven by the hydraulic motor and providing a counter-balance valve connected with a hydraulic fluid passage in an outlet of the hydraulic motor to open or close a hydraulic fluid passage between the outlet of the hydraulic motor and the control valve by pilot oil pressure. An accumulator is provided in an inlet of the hydraulic motor in the hydraulic fluid supply passage.
