Abstract:
To provide a hydraulic forming apparatus capable of charging liquid into a bent part perfectly by preventing air from accumulating therein even when a work has the bent part, thereby obtaining a desirable shape.
The hydraulic forming apparatus having a metallic mold 2, a shaft pushing means 3 and a hydraulic giving means 5 is characterized in that it is provided with a suction pump 8 capable of sucking the air in the work 1, and a change-over valve 7. In this way, the charge of the liquid is perfectly performed, the desirable shape can be obtained and the replacing speed of the air and the liquid in thework is speeded up to shorten a period of time needed for the formation.
