To provide a hydraulic forming apparatus for laminated plates capable of enhancing sealability between a plate and a die by utilizing return of elastic deformation of the plate generated during the clamping, preventing leakage of liquid, enhancing quality such as reproducibility and dimensional stability of formed products, and having high productivity, and also to provide a hydraulic forming method.
At least two plates 11 and 12 are overlapped and are held between a pair of dies 20 and 21, and clamped. Forming medium is poured by a pouring means 60 between the plates 11 and 12 from a liquid pressure pouring part 14 of the plates 11 and 12, and the plates 11 and 12 are formed in a shape to be matched with cavities 22 and 23 of the dies 20 and 21. A projecting part 71 or a recessed part 80 to press the plates to a forming space side in the vicinity of the liquid pressure pouring part 14 of the dies 20 and 21. At least one of the plates 11 and 12 and the dies 20 and 21 are brought into tight contact with each other during the die clamping to enhance sealability and productivity.
