Abstract:
To provide a hydraulic forming nozzle, a hydraulic forming apparatus and a hydraulic forming method which can suppress unnecessary discharge of a pressurized fluid in hydraulic forming.
The hydraulic forming nozzle comprises seal parts 20, 70, 120 and insert parts 40, 80, 140 continued from the seal parts toward a first direction. At least one of an upper face, a lower face, a right-side face, and a left-side face in the insert part has arcuate contour lines Wy, Wz that are in contact with a face corresponding to an upper seal face, a lower seal face, a right seal face, and a left seal face in the seal part and are convexed outwardly while being extended in a first direction.
