Abstract:
To obtain a hydraulic liquid composition of an environmental consideration type hardly causing boiling (vapor lock phenomenon)under a use condition when moisture is absorbed.
This hydraulic liquid composition contains 5-99.99 wt.% of a compound that has at least one acetal group in the molecule and, when hydrolyzed, produces a compound containing an aldehyde group and a boiling point of 145°C or higher or a compound having a ketone group and a boiling point of 145°C or higher, and 0.005-2 wt.% of an acid hydrolysis catalyst, wherein the pH of the composition is adjusted within 5-10 using an organic amine having a boiling point of 145°C or higher as a pH adjustor.
