Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic machine capable of specifically grasping an operating state of a valve provided in the hydraulic machine.SOLUTION: The hydraulic machine includes: a valve that can switch a communication state between a hydraulic chamber formed by a cylinder and a piston and an outside of the hydraulic chamber by moving a movable unit; a control unit controlling the valve to be opened or closed; and an electrical signal detection unit detecting an electrical signal generated by a solenoid when the movable unit moves from a first position to a second position. The control unit is configured to execute a control mode for controlling an actuator in a non-driven state if the signal is not detected while a phase angle indicating a position of the piston is within a first range including a target phase angle for moving the movable unit to the second position, and to determine an operating state of the valve on the basis of whether the signal is detected while the control mode is in progress and the phase angle of the piston is within a second range that is at least part of ranges except for the first range.
