Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic motor mechanism for a construction machine which copes with an abnormal rise of pressure in a drain conduit, and can avoid serious situations such as the damage of a shaft seat of a hydraulic motor, a stop of the hydraulic motor, and the application of an excessive load to a hydraulic pump.SOLUTION: In a hydraulic motor mechanism for a construction machine having a splitter at a middle of a drain conduit for making a drain from a hydraulic motor flow back to an oil tank, a check valve which is opened by pressure in the drain conduit when the pressure is boosted to a prescribed value or higher, and makes the drain in the drain conduit flow back to the oil tank from a drain discharge conduit is connected to the splitter, and the check valve is opened when the pressure in the drain conduit is boosted to the prescribed value or higher, and closed when the pressure in the drain conduit is dropped to the prescribed value or lower by a backflow of the drain from the check valve to the oil tank via the drain discharge pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
