PURPOSE: To simplify the control for the respective cylinders so as to enable high-response real time control by forming paired hydraulic cylinders which are symmetrically reversible-operated in a single cylinder block.
CONSTITUTION: An oscillating table 4 is capable of omnidirectional oscillation taking a spherical bearing 3 of the top of a support 2 as a fulcrum. The support 2 is supported from below by a single cylinder block 1, and four piston members 5xa, 5xb are disposed coaxially at equal angular spaces in the periphery of the support 2. When pressure oil is selectively supplied to the individual hydraulic cylinders to elongate the piston member 5th, a slider 7 connected to the top of the piston member 5xb pushes up the corresponding part of the oscillating table 4, and the oscillating table 4 tilts in a desired direction, taking a spherical bearing 3 as a fulcrum. Thus, the operation of the hydraulic cylinders are selectively controlled to oscillate the oscillating table 4 in an arbitrary direction, and the control is can be easily conducted by hydraulic servo valves 20X, Y, Z.
