PURPOSE: To prevent the reduction of economy of fuel by providing a response device to be controlled in a hydraulic device to control engine lug during operation and give an instruction for the maximum power output without increasing an amount of emissions greatly.
CONSTITUTION: A pump parameter sensor 16 and an engine parameter sensor 18 generate parameter signals, which are input in an engine feed forward controller 20 and a pump feed forward controller 22. The engine feed forward controller 20 supplies an input to an engine governor 24, which changes an amount of fuel injected into an internal combustion engine 12 in response to an input for it. The pump feed forward controller 22 supplies an input to a pump discharge amount controller 26, which controls a discharge amount of a variable discharge amount hydraulic pump 14 in response to an input for it. This device can be operated more effectively in response to sensed load increasing above usable power due to the integration of the controllers and sensed parameters.
