Abstract:
To provide hydraulic power generation that solves such the problem that hydraulic power generation using high head exists, but there is little hydraulic power generation using low head, and has little concern about increase in river water volume during a disaster, or drought.SOLUTION: A hydraulic power generation device includes a drum and blades in which air is filled and hermetically sealed and which are fitted to a support post; thus the hydraulic power generation device has buoyant force working against a water level of a river and can operate even when the water volume increases, and furthermore, can operate in the event of drought.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
