The hydraulic power transmission 1 includes: the dynamic damper 10 for damping vibration transmitted to a front cover 3, and the centrifugal pendulum vibration absorber device 20. A coil spring 100 for structuring the dynamic damper 10 together with a turbine runner 5, and the centrifugal pendulum vibration absorber device 20 are overlapped in an axial direction of the hydraulic power transmission 1 when viewed from a radial direction of the hydraulic power transmission 1, and are arranged between the turbine runner 5 and the damper mechanism 8 when viewed from the radial direction.
