Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the rigidity of a press without increasing the weight of the press, and to improve the dynamic precision by reducing the deformation when the pressure is applied.
CONSTITUTION: A balancing hydraulic cylinder 8 where the pressure in the same direction as the load is applied is arranged outside a hydraulic cylinder 5 for generating the main pressure of a press. A plurality of hydraulic cylinders 5 for generating the main pressure are provided, and a rod part 5d of a piston of each hydraulic cylinder 5 is penetrated through a mounting plate 1 of an upper die, and a projecting end part of the rod part 5d of the piston is rigidly connected to the plate by a connecting member.
