To provide a hydraulic pressure actuator, wherein the quality is hardly affected due to assembly variations and the service life is extended without deteriorating its performance.
The hydraulic pressure actuator includes: an elastic tube 10; a mesh sleeve 20 for restricting the expansion and contraction of the elastic tube 10; constraining tools 30 for constraining both the ends of the elastic tube 10 and the mesh sleeve 20. The hydraulic pressure actuator expands and contracts in response to whether a liquid has been filled in or discharged from the elastic tube 10. The hydraulic pressure actuator also includes a diameter regulation tool 41 for regulating the expansion of the elastic tube 10 so that the ratio of change in the outer diameter of the elastic tube 10 with the liquid being filled therein becomes as low as possible.
