PURPOSE: To improve an air vent property of an actuator and transmit accurately a braking pressure by dividing the actuator into a union and a body for controlling liquid pressure and providing a recess communicating with a body hole and union port as a communicating path for a brake fluid on the joint surface.
CONSTITUTION: An actuator is divided into a union 1 and body 2. The union 1 is provided with a port 7 communicating with a master cylinder and a port 8 communicating with a wheel cylinder. The port 7 is provided on the lower part with a shallow recess having the same width as a hole provided in the body 2 so that a communicating path 3 between a damper chamber 4 and a pipe line leading to a wheel cylinder and a path 4 are provided. A brake fluid always circulates in the communicating path 3 the width of which is equal to or wider than the diameter of a hole in the body 2 to sandwiches seal materials 5, 6. The body 2 has a path 17 through which the brake fluid flows from the master cylinder through the port 7 to the wheel cylinder and a path 19 through which the brake fluid flows from a reservoir tank 12 to the communicating path 3.
