To provide a hydraulic pressure supply controller for an automobile capable of deterring an hydraulic fluid from flowing out to other hydraulic fluid route, without adding newly a specified valve mechanism, in one capable of supplying the hydraulic fluid directly to a specified friction engaging element, when executing idling stop control.
A mechanical oil pump MOP and a motor-driven oil pump EOP are provided in a hydraulic fluid control circuit 4 of an automatic transmission. A delivery side of the motor-driven oil pump EOP is communicated with a just upstream of a hydraulic servo of the first clutch C1 via a short-circuited hydraulic fluid supply passage 430. A linear solenoid 411 in an upstream of the first clutch C1 is brought forcibly into a closed state, when idling-stopped, and the hydraulic fluid from the motor-driven oil pump EOP is deterred from flowing out to a manual shifting handle 410 side.
