Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic remote control type micro-manipulator whose micro tool front end will not move even if a temperature change occurs.
SOLUTION: A bimetal type compensator 32 is fitted between a piston 36 and a screwing member 31. The bimetal type compensator 32 separates the piston 36 away from the screwing member 31 or allow them to approach each other in an opposite direction to the direction in which an inching member moves by the substantially same amount as the amount by which the inching member moves.
