Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pressure rotation machine capable of restricting the erosion of a valve plate and a casing while preventing creation of cavitation due to the turbulence of jet flow passing through a pressure relief hole formed in the valve plate.SOLUTION: A hydraulic piston pump 1 further includes a pin member 6 fixed to a casing 2 and disposed so as to face the outlet part of a pressure relief hole 21. The pressure relief hole includes: a first cylindrical hole part 21a formed on slide contact surface side of a valve plate 7 with a cylinder block 8; and a circular cone recess 21b formed on the downstream of the first cylindrical hole part and coaxially with the first cylindrical hole part, in which an inner diameter dimension increases toward the downstream from the upstream. The pin member includes a circular cone protrusion 6a disposed so as to face the circular cone recess and forming an annular channel 24 with the circular cone recess, in which a channel cross sectional area increases toward the downstream from the upstream.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
