Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain stable braking force for a long period from a hydraulic rotary reduction gear which is used together with a rotation shaft of the lid and the seat of a warm water scrubber, and controls the rotating force following the opening and the closing of the lid and the seat.
CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 3 is provided having inside a hydraulic pressure chamber 2 in which a rotation shaft 1 penetrates and a control oil is filled, and a control wall 6 is provided projecting radially from the rotation shaft 1 so as to divide the hydraulic pressure chamber 2 into a pressure chamber 4 and a pressure reduction chamber 5 in the rotating direction of the rotation shaft 1, and then a control valve 9 is provided surrounding the control wall 6. And by providing control slits 10 with almost V shape to communicate the pressure chamber 4 and the pressure reduction chamber 5, and to convert the opening area as approaching from the rotation center of the rotation shaft 1 to the outer side, the control oil is leaked from the control slits 10 even though braking force owing to the abrasion of the inner surface of the cylinder 3 is increased, and stable braking force can be maintained for a long period.
