Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain different braking forces by a single rotary reduction gear from a hydraulic rotary reduction gear which is used for the rotation shaft of the lid and the seat of a closet or the like, and controls the rotation force following the opening and the closing of the lid and the seat.
CONSTITUTION: In a cylinder 2 which has a hydraulic pressure chamber 1 filled with control oil, and makes one end closed while the other end in an opened condition, a rotation shaft 6 is provided whose one end is combined to a bearing 4 provided at the closed side of the cylinder 2 in a rotatable condition, and the other side end is projected penetrating a cap 5 to close the opened end of the cylinder 2. A control wall 9 projected to partition the hydraulic pressure chamber 1 into a pressure chamber and a pressure reduction chamber is provided to the rotation shaft 6. And a control valve 12 with the section of about U shape is provided to surround the control wall 9 and to make its peripheral surface connected to the inner surface of the cylinder 2 is provided. A bearing 4 is penetrated from the outer side of the cylinder 2, and by putting in and out a control pin 13 to pressure-contact the rotation shaft 6, the braking force is converted.
