Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out a stable operations by preventing the oil in the reservoir chamber of a rush adjuster from leaking out at the time of long-term stoppage, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The free ends of a plunger 3 and a plunger cap 2 are made as reduced-diameter parts 2d, 3b respectively, and these end parts are integrally joined with each other by welding. The reduced-diameter part of the plunger 3 functions as a separator. Thus, since clearances connected to the outside are eliminated between the members around the reservoir chamber 15, the oil in the reservoir chamber can be prevented from leaking out at the time of long-term stoppage, etc.
