Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable high response control to be conducted even when it is a screw-down cylinder used at high oil pressure.

CONSTITUTION: This hydraulic screw-down device P. has a pair of hydraulic screw-down cylinders 10A, 10B and hydraulic circuits for joining respective oil paths 19a, 19b on the rod side and leading to a pressure adjusting unit 20 to respectively hold the head sides 11a of both these screw-down cylinders 10A, 10B at prescribed pressure with 3-way servo valves 14A, 14B and also, to keep the rod sides 11b of both these screw-down cylinders 10A, 10B at the same and prescribed pressure. And, in a oil path 19 which communicates between the pressure adjusting unit 20 and the confluence 28 of the oil paths 19a, 19b on the rode side, variable throttle 3 or a fixed throttle and an opening/ closing selector valve 2 are provided in parallel.
